There are different ways for you to take advantage of the classes with The Fit and Well Club. All are Live Zoom Classes, and most can be streamed at your convenience at a closed group on Facebook (click here to join the group if you are already a member). We have 17 workouts a week, and you can take unlimited classes for $15 a week.

All the workouts are live zoom classes. Besides the assurance you will feel way better after working out, it is your chance to disconnect from the outside world, and get in tune with your body. Before starting this online program, I always thought how useful would be for my clients to have our sessions recorded, so they could look at their movement afterwards. This is what is happening with the online classes, and the private sessions I teach. You can look at your form with my guidelines of what needs to be improved. You can get homework, or directions of what classes to take, and what you need to work on…

Manuella Barros will see you tomorrow at 8am for a 30min stretching class. At 12pm Lloyd will be with you for a 45min HIIT workout (with low impact options). At 6pm I will be teaching a class with the use of a swiss ball. Great for compensating the long hours sitting down, for core strength, and balance.
