PERSONAL TRAINING WITH LOUISE

If you are trying to overcome some kind of joint pain, improve posture, improve mobility, or become a better athlete, you should schedule your private session with the personal trainer Louise Ganitis.

Your options are: personal training session that delivers a general workout including stretching, cardio, and strengthening. Or a personal training session that will address specific joint to relief pain, and stiffness. Or a relaxation personal training session with a massage gun, stretching, and breath work.

Sessions are performed at private studio at Astoria, at local gym, at your house, or outdoors.

Private session hour rate – $150 at studio, or outdoors. $200 for other locations.

Doubles private session hour rate – $200 at studio, or outdoors. $250 for other locations.

Quatro semi private session – $250 outdoors (group goals have to be similar).

The fitness studio is also available for sessions for stretching, and relaxation. Different tools will be used to induce your body, and your mind to relax, and distress: a nice and warm water bag placed around neck, and shoulders, nice massage with the use of a massage gun, stretching table, different kinds of foam roller, and muscle release tools.

The fitness studio is Located in Astoria, less than 20min away from Manhattan.
