INDOOR PROGRAMS
TEENS INDOORS VOLLEYBALL CLASSES AT LONG ISLAND CITY – Minimal age – 12 years old Classes at Q301 Academy for Careers in Television. We have options for levels 1, 2, 3 and 4, being 4 the highest level.
MAY/JUNE SEASON – Thursdays 7:15pm-8:45pm – LEVEL 1 COED. Classes tailored to improve basic volleyball skills, hand-eye coordination, reflexes and cardio. Days: 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30, 6/6 and 6/13. Discounted fee of $225 includes seven classes and expires April 28th. After fee will become $35 per class. Click here to register.
MAY/JUNE SEASON – Thursdays 7:15pm-8:45pm – LEVEL 2 COED. This group is for players that have achieved better ball control and know the basics of how to pass, set, spike and serve. Days: 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30, 6/6 and 6/13. Discounted fee of $225 includes seven classes and expires April 28th. After fee will become $35 per class. Click here to register.
MAY/JUNE SEASON – Tuesdays 7:15pm-8:45pm – LEVEL 3 COED. This group is for players that have acquired better ball control and service, but now need to sharpen up skills. Days: 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, and 6/18. Discounted fee of $225 includes seven classes and expires April 28th. After fee will become $35 per class. Click here to register.
MAY/JUNE SEASON – Tuesdays 7:15pm-8:45pm – LEVEL 4 COED. This is our most advanced level. Tuesdays 7:15pm to 8:45pm at Q301 Academy for Careers in Television at Long Island City. TEENS INDOOR VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMS AT ASTORIA – Minimal age is 12 years old Programs at Q501 Frank Sinatra School.
MAY SEASON – Mondays 6:15pm to 7:15pm – SERVICE CLINIC COED– this is a four week cycle for players that would like to improve service skills. Open for all levels. Days: 5/6, 5/13, 5/20 and 5/29 (Wednesday). Discounted fee of $120 includes four classes and expires April 28th. After fee will become $35 per session. Click here to register.

MAY SEASON Tuesdays 6-7:30pm – LEVELS 1 AND 2 COED – Classes for teenagers above 12 years old for beginners. This is a five week cycle. Days: April 30th, May 7, May 14, May 21, May 28. TEENS BEACH VOLLEYBALL CLASSES AT LONG ISLAND CITY – Minimal age – 11 years old Classes at Hunters Point South Park (sand court at Center Boulevard between 54th Ave and Borden Ave).
MAY / JUNE SEASON Tuesdays 5pm to 6pm LEVELS 1 AND 2 COED – Classes for teenagers above 11 years old levels 1 and 2. This is a seven week cycle. Days: April 30th, May 7th, May 14th, May 21st, May 28th, June 4th and June 11th. Discounted fee of $175 includes seven classes and will expire April 20th. After fee will become $30 per class. TEENS OUTDOOR VOLLEYBALL CLASSES AT ASTORIA – Minimal age – 11 years old. Classes at Triborough Bridge Playground A (close by Astoria Park – entrance at 21st Street, by the corner with Hoyt Avenue (under the Triborough Bridge, by the side of the tennis courts).
MAY / JUNE SEASON – Saturdays 12pm to 1:30pm – LEVEL 1 – Classes for teenagers above 11 years old fundamentals level 1. MAY / JUNE SEASON. Days: 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15. Discounted fee of $150 includes six classes and expires April 28th. After fee will become $30 per class. Click here to register.

JUNE SEASON – Mondays and Wednesdays 4pm to 5:30pm – Classes for teenagers above 11 years old levels 1 and 2. This is a three weeks cycle with classes 2x a week during the month of June. Days: 6/3, 6/5, 6/10, 6/12, 6/17 and 6/19. Discounted fee of $130 includes six classes and will expire April 20th. After fee will become $150. Click here to register.
TEENS VOLLEYBALL SCRIMMAGE, LEAGUES, GAMES AND TOURNAMENTS
WILLIAM UNITED COED TEAM will compete April 27th at VBLI Tournament B/BB at MAAC Center.
TEENS SERVICE CLINIC – This is a four weeks course to improve service skills. Mondays from 6:15-7:15pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria. Every participant should have their own ball. $120 fee includes fours days: 5/6, 5/13, 5/20 and 5/27. Click here to register.
