LITTLE WEEKEND CHALLENGE

I know it is Halloween, That’s why the challenge sounds so interesting right now! At the end, all of this will make you feel really good! 

Health tip – How was your day today? If you look back, did you have moments you were feeling good? Were you able to exercise? Stretch? Foam roll.. Take a long, and warm bath with epson salt… 
Let’s try to add a challenge for until the end of the week I would like you to choose three or four items from the list bellow, and make sure you will make it happen:
1) exercise everyday
2) take a nice, and warm epson salt bath
3) try intermittent fasting for at least one day, And hold back for the longest you can.
4) don’t eat any candy (I know it is Halloween lol)
5) don’t drink more than two drinks total.
6) drink lemon water everyday until Sunday (one or two slices of lemon in a jar with water)
7) eat one healthy meal a day
8) have at least one good night of sleep
9) avoid grains. No beer, pasta, bread, rice, soy, corn, wheat…
10) green juice everyday. Celery or cucumber + kale or spinach + lemon or lime + cilantro or parsley
I guess it is highly achievable, correct? Feel free to go for all the items above!

2pm: Halloween Bike Ride
We will start at 2pm at Central Park. Every different destination is less than 30min bike ride, and close to a Citibike Station. Wear your costume! Itinerary:
2pm: Central Park Columbus Circle
3pm: Chelsea Piers and The High Line
5pm: Battery Park City
7pm: Tompkins Square
8pm: Ending at Washington Square Park. 

Sunday:
10am: 45min Complete Body Workout (moderate) / ONLINE AND OUTDOORS

Get your costume, and join me at Central Park, by the Volleyball Courts, to play some volleyball, and have a good time. Bring an extra ball if you have. Bring what you will eat, and drink.
