This is a four weeks course to improve service skills. Mondays from 6:15-7:15pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School at Astoria. Every participant should have their own ball. $120 fee includes four days: 5/6, 5/13, 5/20 and 5/27. Click here to register.
During this 60min class players from different levels will focus on adjusting mechanics and improving basic service skills. The details on tossing, arm mechanics and hand eye coordination will be explored through drills that will bring any volleyball service much better!
