I am a highly anxious person, and I tend to worry a lot. I feel my eating choices induce me deeper into that pathway, More carbs I eat, more anxious I feel. More anxious I feel, more I feel like eating…  It becomes an endless cycle if I don’t step away from it. The ketogenic diet is the best answer I have found for it.

Once I read a comparison that made a lot of sense in my head: when you eat carbs, it is like throwing paper at fire. It burns intense, and fast. When you eat fats, it is like throwing a piece of wood in the fire. It burns slowly, and steady. 

Any kind of new lifestyle is not easy to implement. Marriage  Moving to a new City. New job. New career. Exercising. Meditation… Same with implementing a new diet. It is not easy, and that’s the main reason why I’m starting with these short meetings before the group classes so we can exchange experiences, learn from each other, and support each other.
