How to find in Fitness Motivation? Persistence is the word!

You will not be 100% all the time. The falls, and breakdowns will teach you a lot. It will bring you to a place that will make you realize, again, and again, that you don’t wanna be there. Whenever that happens, you learn a little bit more about yourself. It is never a loss. NEVER. Find in Fitness Motivation!

I believe the key is taking the stress away from the game. Focusing in exercising, and eating healthy, because you wanna FEEL good. Looking good is just a consequence. Believe me when I say it…

Challenge yourself with a tuff workout, experiment fasting, or try to get into ketosis, because you wanna learn what those things can do for you… Do they work? Can they make you feel unbelievable well without the need for a drink, or a sleeping pill? You just know how good you can feel only when you feel it for the first time…

Never give up! And don’t through yourself under the bus if you step off the pathway. Be kind to yourself. Admire your persistence, and your trajectory. Stay positive in your heart, and believe in all the kind actions, and words you have been spreading around you. As once I heard almost 20 years ago: “good things happen to good people. And you are one of them”.

It is not a coincidence our energy got connected.
Together we are stronger.
And we are here to support each other.
