Join our intense volleyball clinic at Astoria! Everyday we will focus at a different skill. You will learn, practice and optimize your passing, serving, setting and spiking!
Another intense volleyball clinic at Astoria coming up! Days: 02/08 (Wednesday), 02/14 (Monday) and 02/16 (Wednesday). Teens from 6:10-7:30pm. Adults from 7:30-8:50pm at Q501 Frank Sinatra School.
Day 1 – serve and receive. Day 2 – setting skills and different kinds of set. Day 3 – Spike and front row systems.
