Today I started this new class on the schedule: 30-min Cardio HIIT Workout. No equipment, low impact options, and for all fitness levels. I have to tell you something… I felt great afterwards–energized, happy, upbeat. We were around eight people on Zoom, and the energy took over our homes. 🙏

I’m in love with this online program because it provides you a schedule. You can organize your duties, and surely include one, two, or three classes in one day. The 30-min Cardio HIIT Workout will happen every Monday at 8am. Too early? Of course not! Your fitness, and wellness journey demands some good decisions, including not going to bed too late… not over drinking or overeating the night before. Step into a healthy regiment first thing in the morning. All of this is a necessary commitment to make things happen! 

Tomorrow the journey starts again at 8am with Lloyd with his 45-min challenging class for all fitness levels. I took his class last week and it was the first time I worked out without my son bothering me.  Because there was no  additional stress, I could keep my audio muted on Zoom, and I could clearly follow Lloyd and the other members without worrying about extra “sounds” at my side. Caue ended up joining for a few moments, and I finally understood what a powerful alternative the online classes are for a parent just like me! 💓

In addition, on tomorrow’s schedule at 11am I will step in with  45-min Low Impact Cardio and Conditioning Class (so much fun). This class follows the rhythm of the music, along with super low impact options. Make sure to have a pair of weights for your hands (dumbbells, cans, or bottles). And at 6pm, I launch the 30-min workout: Balance, Core, and Strength. For this, you will need a swiss ball and weights.

On Wednesday we will have a change on the schedule. In the evening Yana will take over at 6pm with a 45-min workout: Upper Body and Lower Body Strength. The 30-min energy release workout that I previously taught on Wednesdays will be moved to Thursday at 6pm. This change will be permanent.
