You will need a pillow to accommodate your knees, and a chair, or a couch . The whole sequence will happen at the floor. Getting into the habit of stretching to manage, and eliminate joint pain is a cheap, and powerful tool. But many people don’t understand how to do it. I particularly took years to learn how to properly position the body, and seek relaxation into the specific poses. After I understood ‘the secret’ behind it, I got caught.
