New Year’s resolution? What about practicing a sport, move around and meet cool people? Join our Indoor Volleyball Classes at Astoria during the month of January.
Saturdays January 14, 21, and 28 at Q501 Frank Sinatra. $85 includes three days. Take a look at the schedule:
Teens Fundamentals – 9:40am to 11am. Click here to register.
Teens Pre Intermediate – 11am to 12:30pm. Click here to register.
Adults – 12:50-2:20pm. Click here to register.
Classes are fun and upbeat. We will teach volleyball mixing it up with cardio, foot work, and reflexes.
