Join me every Wednesday at 6pm for a 30min Functional Fitness Workout: Energy Release. For all fitness levels, Live at Zoom!

Tomorrow at 6pm I will be teaching one of my favorite classes: Energy Release. I can describe it as 30min Functional Fitness Workout. Where you release energy with movements like: bow and arrow, wood chops, tree chops, deadlifts, skaters, slams… Using the rhythm of a very cool playlist to inspire, and motivate a breath taking workout. For all fitness levels, with low impact options. Live at Zoom!

What would you understand by a Functional Fitness Workout? Imagine all movements are based on how to move better, and prevent injuries? Like the wood chop exercise! Stablishing a nice arch at the leading foot, connecting it to the inner thighs, abs, chest, and releasing that energy throughout a powerful arm swing? It feels sooo good!!!

The days with boring workouts are way left behind. Once you start experiencing a functional fitness workout, you FEEL how well it settles in your body. Especially because it teaches you so much! Body alignment, proper muscle activation, body mechanics, posture…

My journey with fitness and wellness has been so long, that I feel that growing up playing sports at a competitive level made me aware of injuries at a very young age. I’m grateful for that pathway, as my anger into learning how to fix my body, fix my posture, and become a better athlete, made me aware of how assisting other people into the same journey. 

The classes I teach at The Fit and Well Club are based on making you feel good. Realign body. Release energy. Distress body and mind. Look better. Move better. Prevent injuries… This is what I would call as a Functional Fitness Workout. Check it out tomorrow! I will be playing Brazilian songs for the playlist!

Manuella will see you tomorrow at 8am for a 30min stretching class. At 12pm Lloyd will meet you for a 45min challenging workout! And I will see you at 6pm! Enjoy your night!

Grab a chair, and pair of dumbells (or homemade weights for your hands). and join this workout that mixes up strength, and cardio at a super low impact scenario.

What about if we meet every Saturday evening for some fun cooking? I will start with the series, and you are invited to step in next! Learn how to prepare homemade coconut milk! You will need: shredded coconut, cheese cloth, a blender, and boiling water.

5pm: Mind my Business

Every time we will have someone different to talk about their own business, and how they can offer support for the group. Starting this Sunday, we will have Don Desroches, author of “Conscious Coupling”, relationship coach, and certified mediator for more than 10 years, Don will be talking about how to improve interpersonal relationships with the phases of communication, and blockages to each phase.
