ALIGNMENT SESSION

Alignment Private sessions focus on better joint alignment to alleviate and eliminate joint pain. It is a mix of stretching, strengthening, and very low impact exercises. A typical session consists of:

10-15min of releasing and stretching tight muscles

10min of mobility work / light and low impact cardio

30min of strengthening

5-10min of cool down

Alignment Private Sessions can be booked at the comfort of your own home, at a local gym, or outdoors.

Available days:

Mondays 10:30am to 11:30am. 11:30am to 12:30pm. 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

Thursdays 10:30am to 11:30am. 11:30am to 12:30pm. 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
