Louise Ganitis is originally Brazilian, former professional European Handball Player, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competitor. Her other sports: Beach Volleyball and Pickleball.
Louise has been involved with competitive sports since 11 years old. She retired her competitive career in 2024 due to a complete tear of the anterior ligament of her left knee. The last achievement was helping the NYC Handball Team win the 2024 National Handball Tournament.
Louise has worked as a group fitness trainer for 10+ years, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach for around 4+ years and an extended career as a personal trainer (focused on body realignment, posture, joint pain management and improvement).
It was after the lock down in 2020 and the closure of the gyms that she redirect her work flow. After teaching outdoor fitness classes at Central Park and running a fitness online program, she started her own business with Volleyball Classes, still active in NYC.
Four years after the lock down Louise decided to get back into the fitness world offering her services at Long Island – Nassau County.
