INTENSE VOLLEYBALL CLINIC days: 11/14, 11/16 and 11/22. Teens clinic from 6-7:30pm. Adult clinic from 7:30-9pm.
90min of intense practice with technique improvement, better ball control, game defense and offense systems, cardio, reflexes and power improvement.
