OUTDOOR LOW IMPACT FITNESS CLASS AT CEDAR CREEK PARK

Low impact fitness classes that will make you sweat, and gain muscle mass. Saturdays from 9am to 10am at Cedar Creek Park. Bring your own mat, a small towel, and water. Feel free to bring your own dumbbells for extra challenge! Drop in fee as $25. Click at the day you would like to attend:

OUTDOOR GROUP CLASS – LYMPHATIC SYSTEM PUMP AT CEDAR CREEK

This is a class that starts with a quick breathing exercise followed by self massage (optional to bring your own massage gun) at main lymphatic nodes, and followed by movements that will induce your body to release toxins. Saturdays 8:30am to 8:50am Drop in fee as $15. Click at the day you would like to attend:

OUTDOOR GROUP CLASS – PICKLE BALL AT WANTAGH PARK

This is a slower pace class, catered for above 65 years old. It teaches the basics of pickle ball at a friendly and stress free environment. Limited attendance to 6 participants. Sundays 8:45am to 9:45am at Wantagh Park. Dop in as $25. Every participant needs their own racquet and two balls. Click at the day you would like to attend:
